I'm all about life hacks and little things that make life a little bit easier or more comfortable, especially when traveling!! We love to travel, but it can be stressful and overwhelming at times, so here are 10 things you didn't know you needed but can come in really helpful and handy on your next trip!

Reusable bottles - These are TSA approved size, but I use them anytime I'm traveling because they're just so convenient and are way easier to pack than full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles!

Hanging toiletry bag - If you ever travel anywhere ever, you need one of these!! They are perfect for organizing all of your items and keeping them in one spot! Plus they can hang in a bathroom, rather than just taking up space on the bathroom counter!

Airplane Footrest - Okay so we haven't actually used one of these before, but they are so genius!! I think I might just have to buy one before my next flight! Haha

Steamer - My clothes always end up wrinkly in my suitcase and using a steamer is a 100x easier than ironing! Plus it fits so easily in your bag!! Or wrinkle release!

Water bottle - Bottled water is expensive whether you're at an airport or stopping at gas stations, so always carry a water bottle (or two) with you and fill it up whenever you can!

Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier - Germs are everywhere y'all!

Travel laundry bag - A great way to keep dirty clothes separate from clean clothes, especially nice for those longer trips!!

Lip balm - Flying can seriously dry out your skin and lips, so this is a must for us! This one by Dr. Bronner's is my favorite and Bryana loves Glossier's Balm Dotcom.

Stain remover pen - I feel like this one speaks for itself! Haha

Portable charger - These are lifesavers when traveling! You just never know when you'll need it!

A few packing hacks:

  • For packing jewelry, bring a small container for your earrings and to keep your necklaces from tangling, loop them through a straw!

  • Roll your clothes instead of folding them, this helps to create more space and fewer wrinkles

  • Plan your outfits so you don't end up over or under packing!

  • Wear your heaviest or bulkiest items while traveling instead of packing them, such as sneakers, jackets, or sweaters! It's always cold on airplanes anyway!
