HEALTHY SNACKS ON THE GO!

If you know me, then you know my love for snacks, especially healthy ones! Here are a few of my favorite snacks for taking to work, on a road trip, an airplane, or when you're just running errands and need a little something to hold you over. These are all gluten, dairy, and soy free as well!

RXBARs are the only protein bars I eat! They're made with real food and wholesome ingredients: egg whites, fruit, and nuts. I truly love all of the flavors, but my top ones are chocolate sea salt & mixed berry.

They also sell nut butters now and I'm not even kidding, they have the best almond and peanut butter I've ever had and I want to eat them all!!!

I love any popcorn but Angie's BOOMCHICKAPOP is my absolute fave! So many different, delicious flavors made with real and simple ingredients!! You can buy it in a snack pack for easy traveling or a big bag for a movie night! P.s. the dark chocolaty sea salt kettle corn is to die for!

Foodie Fuel Snacks are like little, thin crunchy cookies that are sweet, but not too sweet. They definitely satisfy my craving for a little something sweet in the afternoon on work days. I recommend grabbing a small handful and walking away because it would be so easy to eat the whole bag!

I can't say enough about these organic dried mangoes, they are what my sweet tooth dreams are made of! They're purely JUST mangoes, no added sugars or preservatives! Trust me, you WILL be addicted to these in the best way possible.

Epic Bars are a great source of lean protein without a bunch of preservatives like a lot of beef jerky and other meat sticks do, and they have a bunch of different flavors!! These are my jam when I'm flying because they keep you full if you aren't able to eat lunch or dinner!

Crunchy chickpeas might seem like such a random snack, but they hit the spot when you're looking for a salty and crunchy snack that is high in plant protein and fiber!!

Honestly, everything Simple Mills' makes is amazing, but their crackers are seriously one of my favorite things to snack on! I always take a whole box with me whenever we're going on a road trip. Rosemary is my absolute favorite, but sea salt is a close second!

And I'll let you in on a little secret, their crunchy chocolate chip cookies taste like Chips Ahoy, but better and better for you!

Lastly, I always have pistachios, almonds, or some variety of mixed nuts stocked in our pantry. They're tasty, convenient, and keep you feeling full! Nuts are a really great source of many nutrients and are loaded with antioxidants!

Can you see how passionate I am about food? Haha! With each of these snacks, I will typically always pack some fresh berries, an apple, banana, carrots, cucumber slices, or a bell pepper cut up, just to get some more fruits and veggies in!
