The Duplex Reveal

It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally finished! Well, it’s half finished—the other half of the duplex is currently still being rented, so we aren’t sure when we’ll be able to get our hands on it to fix it up! Eventually we hope to rent one half long term and one half short term rental such as Airbnb or VRBO, but until then, besides picking the finishing details, this space is left pretty bare for the tenant to make their own!

This project was basically a complete gut job, the kitchen and bath were both down to the studs, and we’ve replaced absolutely everything in every room, from top to bottom, so it’s feeling so fresh and clean in there! We still have two more windows to install in the living and dining room, the entire exterior needs new siding, and it also needs a new roof, as well as front and back porches, sooo this little place still has quite a way to go…BUT we are celebrating the inside being complete! I will link all the of sources and products at the bottom of each space reveal!
