We're Renovating the Duplex (again!)
We are finally starting on the second half of our Duplex property renovations—hence the name Duplex 2.0 haha. And I wanted to share the design boards with you! Things may change as time goes on, but this is what I’m planning for right now!
Our current tenant (who has been there for 15 years!), is moving to a new place in the coming week so then we’ll be able to get in there to demo the entire thing. It needs everythinggg from flooring to windows, doors bathroom, a roof—you name it! We’re excited to complete the project, but also have a lot of work ahead of us!!
